this host never responded to my repeated requests for instructions to check in. he never responded to email, texts or messaging through the brotravel app. as a result, we had no place to stay in new york and had to pay for a pricey hotel room we still have not heard from this host or from brotravel. i have repeatedly tried to communicate and have asked a refund
