We have 2 beautiful fully equipped self catering Studios which are described Bedroom1 and Bedroom2 in the heart of the Cape Peninsula to offer. It is perfect for 1 or 2 couples. They share the sheltered garden and pool and have secure parking on site. We live in the main house on the property and are always there if you need us. We offer free W-Lan, EU plugs, TV, maps and reading material in each unit.

The Space
Rates per unit are between EU 42 and EU 56 per night for 2 people and depending on the season.
We do have solar panels, batteries & inverter and offer 24hours electricity guaranteed!
The Studio units are situated on the same property where we live. We therefore are always available when you need us but will always respect your privacy!
2 Fully equipped Studios /Bedrooms with private entrance, garden and large solar heated pool.
Each Studio Unit is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to 3 people in the same room. It has:
A king sized bed, supplied with two single high-quality mattresses and bedding for your comfort. The tastefully chosen bed linen holds the promise of restful sleep.
A big sleeper couch in the same room (1.6m x 2m) turns easily into the perfect bed for another adult.
A beautifully decorated bathroom offering a shower with fresh towels supplied.
A fully equipped kitchenette with Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Hotplates, Coffee Machine, Toaster and sink.
A dining table and chairs to complete your comfort.
Guest Access
Each Studio has one secure parking space on the property and guests receive their own remote for the gate and keys for their Studio / Bedroom. The garden and pool area is shared between the 2 Studios and us as hosts. There is plenty of space with various seating areas, sun loungers and chairs in the garden as well as the pool deck and the Braai (BBQ) to enjoy.
Interaction with Guests
We live in the main house on the same property and are always there to help or answer questions. At the same time we give you the privacy and space you need for your holiday.

The Neighborhood
Sun Valley is a quiet residential area between Noordhoek and Fish Hoek and its beaches. Two shopping Malls are in walking distance to our Studios as well as the Kingdom Hall of our Fish Hoek Congregation.
Getting Around
There is vey limited public transport available. A car rental is highly recommended in order to see the nicest beaches and sightseeing points.

Joined in Nov 2020After growing up and living in Germany for 37 years, Thomas and myself emigrated to the beautiful tip of Africa, to the South of Cape Town. We belong to Fish Hoek Congregation and love our brothers, the area with mountains and the sea, quaint seaside towns, the wine farms, walks and some wildlife you can observe. We still enjoy travelling to new places and meet new friends all over the world.
