Hi-speed wireless internet. 2 car garage, Samsung washer & dryer, beach chairs, towels, pool toys & games, corn hole, bocce ball, croquet, etc.

Interaction with Guests
I love helping my guests with all their needs & questions. I will meet you at property & do a walk thru, show you where everything is & how things work, also directions & suggestions for beaches, theme parks, restaurants, shopping etc. You can call me at anytime for help or to answer your questions.
Other Things to Note
The community has some enforced rules that keep it safe, clean & beautifully maintained. There is NO parking in the driveway, unless you are loading or unloading. Garage door is electric & must be closed unless present. No overnight parking in guest spaces on the Main Street. Parking only from 6 am to 2 am. Children under 16 must be attended by adult in pool areas. Friendly walking streets! We are adjacent to open country which means you must be aware of rodents, coyotes & snakes in season.
The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is named Presidential Heights 1. We are about 900' above sea level & above a great community 18 hole golf course, about 1-1.5 miles from beaches & the 5 interstate freeway. Located between San Diego to the south & LA to the north. Hiking trails abound. Historic downtown, San Clemente Pier, Dana Point Harbor & shopping close by. Large grocery store 1.5 miles. Great restaurants & dining. San Clemente has miles of beautiful beaches & beach walking paths. Close to everything but quiet & peaceful location.
Getting Around
It is preferable to have a car. There are also Ubers & taxis & public buses. San Clemente, Dana Point & Laguna Beach all operate free public trolleys. We are about 1+ hours from San Diego & Los Angeles airport. John Wayne airport is 30 minutes to the north. Disneyland 45 min to North & LegoLand 30 min to the south.
