Guest Access
This home is a dedicated rental, meaning everything in the house, in every drawer and every shelf is there for your convenience. The chests in the rooms and the closets, all contain extra bedding for you, extra pillows in every room. The pantry has many food items that you are free to use as well. There is a full laundry set up complete with everything you should need for your stay.
Interaction with Guests
We are available for anything that you may need, but typically do not interact with guests except for reservation and emails and checking up to see if everything went well.
Other Things to Note
There is a school caddy corner from the property, which creates a bit of traffic at 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on school days that last for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. But that also gives a huge open space for guests to play and use whenever not busy.
The Neighborhood
Our property is located in the city of Orange, two blocks north of us multi-million dollar homes, and 2 blocks south of us are apartment rentals. We found the sweet spot of orange!
Getting Around
Having a vehicle is definitely recommended. Uber and other lift providers are abundant, and there is a public bus stop less than two blocks away.
