Private room with its own private entrance. Located just six minutes from the Salisbury Assembly Hall and close to I-85, Salisbury and Faith. We're in a very quiet subdivision in a newly-built, quiet and efficient home. You will have your own private full en-suite bathroom with shower. You will also have use of the cozy screened in back porch, deck with covered table and gas grill. There is a mini fridge in the room for your use.

The Space
You'll love to relax on the back porch and listen to the birds.
Guest Access
Private room with a private entrance on the back side of the home. The entrance is inside a screened in porch. The driveway is on the corner of the main Street. You can park on the right side of the driveway.
Interaction with Guests
We will try to give you your privacy but we are usually available to help if you have any needs that arise.
Other Things to Note
We try to leave the screened in porch available for our guests to relax in when they are staying with us. There is a mini fridge in the room for your use. The closet has space for hanging clothes as well as a space heater and fan if needed. The room does NOT have a microwave.
The Neighborhood
We are on the corner of a safe and quiet rural subdivision about 5-7 minutes from the Salisbury Assembly Hall.
Getting Around
There is an Amtrak train station located in downtown Salisbury. You we need a car for the area. We are around 35-45 minutes from Charlotte International airport, 25-30 minutes to the Concord Regional airport and about 45 minutes to Winston-Salem.
