This space is a nice and cozy area for all to enjoy. Located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, you can experience wonderful days and peaceful nights. Highway 85's entrance is very close, allowing you to travel wherever needed quickly. There are plenty of locations for dining and shopping, less than 5 minutes away. The assembly hall for Salisbury is roughly 25 minutes away. Experience a slice of the Garden of Eden in this themed studio of Paradise.

The Space

This studio has everything you need to feel at home. One of our favorite things about the studio is the wall of Paradise to make you feel like you are looking out to a beautiful and perfect oasis.

Check out: 11 am
No smoking
Quiet hours: After 11 pm
Maximum Occupancy: 4 people to stay at night
Visitors Policy: No more than 4 people unless it is an emergency, more people can come visit but can not stay over.
No pets
No parties or events: Visitors are welcome for a social gathering but not to party.
Safety and Security
House Access: Smart Lock, the password will be sent to you a week before your arrival.
Emergency Contact Information: Please send us a message with, at least, two emergency contacts.
Fire Safety: The place has a fire extinguisher ready to be used, if you need help knowing how to use a fire extinguisher let us know.
Cleanliness and care rules
Kindly comply with the following:
Proper Disposal of Trash: Empty the trash cans from the bathroom and the kitchen and dump them in the green trash bin on the outside. There is no need to place new trash bags.
Dishes and utensils: Wash used dishes and let them dry. There is no need to put them back where they belong.
Linen and towels: Place dirty towels in the hamper, this includes kitchen towels. There is no need to make the beds.
Repair and damages: If something is not working or gets damaged, let us know as soon as possible so we can exchange it or repair it quickly.
Turn off lights, close windows, leave A/C on 70 degrees.

Hello all, we are the Marrero Family. My wife, Andrea, and I, Ricardo, are an outgoing and loving family. We have two small dogs, a Schnauzer named Cacahuate and a Yorkie named Almendra. (It's Peanuts and Almond in Spanish). We love to get together with friends and have themed parties, like 80s dance parties and escape rooms. We love singing karaoke and sitting by the fire, telling stories. We enjoy making new friends and getting to know them better. Andrea is a phenomenal artist who likes to paint things based on nature and cultures from around the world. I, Ricardo, like to make mixed drinks and try new recipes of both cocktails and mocktails (mixed drinks without alcohol). We love exploring new locations and finding local gems that we can enjoy.
