The Space
The apartment is located above our Car Port giving you the best views. The space is located in a private residential area. Parking is located inside premises. Here in PalmaDreamin you will enjoy a relaxing living environment with a beautiful view.
Guest Access
A manual is provided for guests in regards of house rules, cleanliness and instructions on where and hows of the laundry room.
Interaction with Guests
My husband and I are both billengual, speaking both English and Spanish. We are located downstairs, but may not always be home. But not to worry... if any questions come up, we are only a text away. Both phone numbers will be provided for guests. We love to recommend places to discover and places to eat at. You will also find a list of recommended places in the manual.
Other Things to Note
Kingdom Hall is a 5min drive.
The Neighborhood
This is a quiet, and safe residential area. Perfect for morning and afternoon walks. Also all neighbors are super friendly and have a community chat group to notify one another if they see something out of the norm. Let's just say it's the perfect environment when you want to be in the center of everything without being too close to everything.
Getting Around
The Rental Home is 35 minutes away from the SJO airport. Supermarkets, restaurants, and town center are at a walking distance. Palmares is a small quiet tranquil town, its a 10min drive to San Ramon (more known town). All fun activites can be reached by car. San Carlos, La Fortuna, Bajos del Toro are approximately a 1.5-2 hour drive. This being the case, car rental is strongly encouraged.

Joined in Sep 2023Husband and I are both Regular Pioneers serving in Costa Rica. We are from California originally and have been in CR for a year. We love the tranquility here, the greenery and the love the friends have demonstrated towards us. My husband and I love to travel and we have plenty of hobbies. We live in a house in the town of Palmares with an apartment above us. The apartment has a private entrance and a beautiful view. Our goal is to have a comfortable home that other friends can enjoy when in town. A perfect "home" feeling away from home whilst still having the Costa Rican experience.
