It's been an exciting journey leaving Georgia (after many years) and relocating to Maine. Still, the summers are worth every inch of snow!  The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Kennebec River. People are genuinely friendly and the street is very quiet and safe. Maine offers plenty of outdoor activities and attractions to explore. We are close to Popham Beach, Reid State Park, Wiscasset, Damariscotta, Boothbay, and Thomas Point. My favorites: harbors, beaches, seafood, and of course; lobster shacks. Maine has over 3,000 miles of coastlines, You will find a lifestyle that reflects a connection to nature. Let me guide you to great places, especially where my favorite lobster roll is located. I'm a travel blogger and wrote a book called: 'girl lost - Found in France'. Now, I consider myself "girl found in Maine'" and happy to be here. Also, we had a flat in the South of France for 20 years as a holiday home; a fabulous refuge to get away from it all. We rented it for six months, an experience that I am duplicating here in Bath, Maine. We would enjoy sharing our home with you. Let's have a welcome drink on the porch. Airport pickup on request--additional fee
