The Space
This beautiful cottage contains 2 units, the top floor unit is available for stays. This cottage has stunning views of the creek and an a variety of wildlife such as heron’s, otters, manatee and several types of birds. Enjoy kayaking and fishing in the creek and bayou. Fishing gear, kayaks and paddle board provided as part of your stay. The garden contains a fire pit for use during your stay. Large deck with 7 person hot tub, fire table and gas grill.
The beautiful sandy white beaches are 4 miles from the cottage. There is shopping and restaurants nearby.
The bottom floor unit has tenants who are also Jehovah’s Witnesses. There are 2 RV’s on the property, one is occupied by a DRC couple and the other is ours and it is not occupied.
Guest Access
Guests will enjoy the entire 2nd story unit, exclusive use of the hot tub, fire pit and all outdoor areas. Guests also have use of fishing gear, kayaks, paddle board and both docks.

We live nearby and are available to help or answer any questions. We offer free kayak tours as well.
The Neighborhood
The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The cottage sits on Gap Creek where you can enjoy kayaking and fishing right out the back. The water is clean and flows in and out twice a day with the tide. The creek contains a variety of fish such as bass, mangrove trout, red fish and others.

There is no public transportation in Fort Walton.
