The Space

Private entrance from the outside of the home.
King size bed and a futon for sleeping surrounded with jungle decor.
Kitchenette style coffee bar with microwave, coffee maker, snacks, microwave bowl for cooking, mugs, utensils, condiments, coffee pods, tea, and more.
Full size bathroom with soaking tub, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and bathrobes for your convenience.
There's also a seating area right outside your room, perfect for enjoying a meal or coffee in the mornings al fresco. While sitting outside, enjoy the poolside views, birds chirping, and the lush plants in the surroundings.

Guest Access

Door code is provided so you can arrive at your leisure, including late in the evening. For your convenience, the parking and walkway are both lit at night.

I interact as often as my guests feel comfortable with. I'm glad to chat or give my guests space.

The Neighborhood

With sprawling oak trees, our neighborhood is often described as beautiful and quaint. It features manicured golfing greens at the Temple Terrace Gold & Country Club and the Hillsborough River less than a mile away.

Getting Around

Yes, there is a bus stop a few blocks away and you can Lyft or Uber.

House Rules

No parties.

Pool is open 24 hours but quiet hours begin after 9PM during the week and 10PM on the weekends. Please no music or loud noises after this time as to not disturb the neighbors.
