The Space
As you enter the space you'll come into a beautifully decorated living area with a Queen size bed, comfortable couch to read or watch TV and a counter height dining table for 2. There’s also a designated workstation with high speed Internet/Wi-Fi. On your left you find a remodeled kitchenette with new cabinets, quartz countertop, stove top, various kitchen utensils, drinking and dining ware. There’s a mid size fridge/freezer to store all your perishable, microwave and a Keurig coffee machine to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. In addition, for your convenience we included a luggage rack and a table top USB charger to plug in your electronics.
Guest Access
You can access the property through the fence door located on the far left side of the house.
Other Things to Note
1. This is a duplex property.
Please no parking on the grass to help keep it looking healthy and avoid damaging the sprinklers.
The Neighborhood
Quiet neighborhood, close to major intersections making it easy to get to anywhere in Tampa including the Raymond James Stadium, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport.
The local Kingdom Hall is in the neighborhood, so it takes about 1 minute by car to get there.
