The Space
The beach theme decorated studio has everything you need while away from home. There is a table for dining, a full size refrigerator, a fully stocked kitchenette area with a hot plate for cooking, and a full size bathroom. The kitchen has pots and pans, utensils, plates, and mugs, oil, and spices. It has a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, and sugar as well. There studio also a designated workstation with free high speed internet/Wi-Fi. In addition, for your convenience we included a luggage rack and a table top USB charger to plug in your electronics. The walk-in closet has plenty of space for your belongings and the large mirrored doors will help you ensure you look your best before heading out.
Guest Access
You can access the property through the fence door located on the far left side of the house.
Other Things to Note
1. This is a duplex property.
Please no parking on the grass to help keep it looking healthy and avoid damaging the sprinklers.
The Neighborhood
Quiet neighborhood, close to major intersections making it easy to get to anywhere in Tampa including the Raymond James Stadium, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport.
The local Kingdom Hall is in the neighborhood, so it takes about 1 minute by car to get there.
