We have everything you need for an extended stay and will start you off with a few items until you can get to the store.
If you enjoy your stay and want to return the following year, you can keep some items in our storage area for next time.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home. Washer and dryer too.
Interaction with Guests
I live in NJ and will not be available in person during your stay. I will be available by phone.

We prefer renting to a couple (2 people).

Joined in Oct 2023My wife and I live in New Jersey. We Love Florida and have this second home in Palmetto, Florida. We come to Florida 4-5 times a year for a couple of weeks at a time. We heard about brobnd and thought this would be the perfect place to rent it! You must be 55+ and rent for a minimum of 60-days. I am a full-time entertainer. I work a lot in Florida. My wife comes with me. We have 3 adult children. We are ALL in the truth.
