Description
The Space
King bed in master suite and in 2nd room. 3rd room has a queen sized bed, all with plush mattresses and toppers. Relax on private upper deck in the mornings with your coffee or having a drink by the pool watching the sunset light up the evening sky is always enjoyable.
Comfortable furnishings, bedding, linens etc will make you feel like you’re home away from home. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. Laundry room conveniently located inside home with new machines. Ready for you and your guests to come and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Come visit us and start relaxing soon.
Guest Access
We stay on the property downstairs in a private apt (sometimes this is available for rental if we're gone) but we have private access and never need to be in your space. (We use the left side of garage and also have a door on the right side of the house and a private courtyard area) You get to enjoy the full upstairs 3 br/2 ba with laundry room, upstairs porch and pool. Easy to enter with door code, never needing to carry around a key.
Interaction with Guests
If we're home we are happy to meet you and accommodate you any way we can. If something is missing or you need something we're here to accommodate. But want you to have the space and privacy you and your family want.

The Neighborhood
Palmetto Point is nice, quiet, safe and friendly family neighborhood close to Terra Ceia Bay, beautiful sunsets, great for walks to overlook Bay. Because of this we do ask to adhere to quiet hours from 10:00p.m.-8:00 a.m. It is conveniently close to almost anything you'd like.
Close to highway, airports, beaches, golf courses, theme parks, restaurants, shopping and just about anything you like.
Kingdom Hall with 2 English congregations and a Spanish congregation is less than 10 minutes away. We’re in ASL congregation and that’s under 20 minute drive.
Getting Around
Car rentals are the best option, but Uber is easily accessible to just about anywhere. There is a bus system not terrible far away.

Joined in Mar 2020Married, mother of one son who is married currently serving in Warwick. We are in the Palmetto English congregation, previously Bradenton sign language, and my husband serves as an elder and we are both regular pioneers and involved heavily with LDC. This rental helps to support our desire to keep busy with LDC. We enjoy socializing with our brothers and sisters when we're home. In our spare time we enjoy visiting NY and different countries to preach with the local Sign Language congregation for that area. We love our beaches and sunsets and take advantage of those as much as possible. We think you'll love it here as we do.
