Description
The Space
A two story home located in a family neighborhood, your apt is downstairs, with either us or possibly other BNB renters in upstairs unit. We have added soundproofing measures in the ceiling so it is equal to an apt building living, without the mass number of people. It's a quiet neighborhood in general, everyone being warm and friendly giving you a home away from home feel. Convenient to the highway leading you to St Pete, Tampa, Sarasota and their airports and of course several Gulf Coast beaches, golfing, parks, zoos, etc. Come see for yourself.
Guest Access
After arriving and parking in your separate drive, you will access the unit by going thru your gate with a private entrance on the West (right side if facing house) side of the home. You will receive a code to enter and no key is needed. Simple and no contact entry.
Interaction with Guests
We are available to be of assistance via the app, text or phone call, we have local people we rely on to take care of things, when we're away. But we want you to have a great experience at our home so please let us know if you need us.
Other Things to Note
You are responsible to get garbage can out on Tuesday and/or Friday. We recommend taking it out to the roadside the night before, please place next to concrete drive. Thank you.
Room for one vehicle, if a second vehicle is coming please make arrangements ahead of time. Must be able to fit in shell driveway shown in picture.
All sinks and the shower and toilet are on a macerator pump. You will hear it pump as it fills with water.
One step down into bedroom, please take note.
The Neighborhood
It is a working class family neighborhood, they will wave smile and greet you as they pass. You will feel at home. Streets are narrow so we all that you please park in the driveway and no street parking.
Getting Around
There's access to Uber and Lyft but recommend having your own vehicle.

Joined in Mar 2020Married, mother of one son who is married currently serving in Warwick. We are in the Palmetto English congregation, previously Bradenton sign language, and my husband serves as an elder and we are both regular pioneers and involved heavily with LDC. This rental helps to support our desire to keep busy with LDC. We enjoy socializing with our brothers and sisters when we're home. In our spare time we enjoy visiting NY and different countries to preach with the local Sign Language congregation for that area. We love our beaches and sunsets and take advantage of those as much as possible. We think you'll love it here as we do.
