The Space

This home has 3 bedrooms, one of which doubles as an office. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a fold futon. The futon is a full size bed when it's in the open position and there is a mattress pad in the closet for it to ensure comfort.

The living room has a sectional and a large, flat screen TV with a Roku. The kitchen has all full-size appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, and a stove with an oven. The pantry has spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt.

The home is self-check in. You will be given a door code on your check-in day.

Other Things to Note

Those with health concerns can breath easy with clean tile flooring through-out and the included portable air-purifier. The home has not previously flooded. Though we can't make any guarantees, we've noted that due to it's proximity to local hospitals, it generally does not lose power during storms and if it does, it's not for long.

Guests who have stayed after medical procedures appreciate the lower profile beds, the proximity of the restroom to the bedrooms, and the handrails in the walk-in shower. There is also a shower chair available for guests who would like to sit down while showering.

The Neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood, close to major intersections making it easy to get to anywhere in Tampa including the Raymond James Stadium, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport.

The local Kingdom Hall is in the neighborhood, so it takes about 1 minute by car to get there.

We like the convenience of being close to Downtown Tampa, just a short drive, less than 20 minutes away. We also like the cleanliness of the house
