Sleeping six. One bedroom has a king bed with a sitting area. The second bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds. Living room has a couch converts into a queen bed. There is a large living room with a smart tv for all to gather and relax. Optimum fiber high-speed WiFi is available. A fully equipped kitchen for preparing snacks or meals. Kitchen table for six. Two onsite secure parking spaces. Private secluded entrance. Up one flight private exterior stairs. Entrance walk way ends into a small deck with seating. Fully appointed kitchen with ice maker refrigerator, dish washer, coffee/tea station, natural gas range with oven and microwave.
Interaction with Guests
Host is onsite and available by phone or text. Able to assist with bus transportation and planning local sites visitation.
Other Things to Note
Botanical Gardens are fourteen minutes away and a few minutes further is Ringwood Manor a restored historical house of the family that established the town of Ringwood. Waywayonda State Park, twelve minutes away, has lake swimming, picnic area and hiking trails. The Victorian town of Warwick, NY, a twenty five minute drive, has a Main Street with shops, eateries and pubs. In the fall Warwick has several apple orchards for self picking. Warwick Winery is a ten minute trip outside Warwick. To enjoy Greenwood Lake, which you can glimpse from the deck, boat rentals are available as well as on lake and lake view restaurants.

Within a five-mile radius is every convenience you need. TJ Maxx, three pharmacies, a supermarket, three gas stations, auto parts store, a diner, an Italian restaurant, two pizzerias, two delicatessens, a bagel store, a hot dog grill, Thai take out, Chinese take out, liquor stores and emergency care.
