The Space
Very private condominium.
Guest Access
The Condo has two entrances. Once you enter the downstairs keyless front door, the garage door is to your left, you have access to using the garage. Then back in the entrance, walk upstairs to the front door of the condo with the same code as the bottom floor front door for another keyless entry. You have access to the entire condo for your stay.

Other Things to Note
Newburgh has asked that we only flush toilet tissue down the toilet. That means NO FLUSHING any flushable feminine hygiene products, no wipes of any kind, no paper towels, no diapers, no trash. They do not break down and they clog the sewer lines to the condo and to the entire public sewer lines.
Bring your own ground coffee or any brand of coffee pods. Bring your Tea, sweetener and creamer. Our Hamilton beach coffee pot does both drip and pod coffee!☕️
The Neighborhood
Quiet neighborhood, please be mindful as you come and go. Quite time after 10 pm
Getting Around
Train station from Beacon to Harlem to Grand Central Station is very close.
The Metro North train schedule for the Hudson line that runs from Beacon to Grand Central station.
Tickets can be purchased on your phone, but bring a charger with you on the train, as you access your copy via your phone. You don’t want your phone to die.
Downloading the app for purchases of train tickets and for seeing last minute updates to the train schedule, is important.
Our recommendation is to bring your charger, so you have plenty of battery for your trip to the city!
Or you can buy your tickets at the station and have a paper copy.
Also rental cars are needed for all your airport and Bethal trip visits.
