Welcome to the Lakeside Suite, home of the Richter Family and our puppy girl, Tesla. We are transplants to New York, originally from Michigan, via Zacatecas, Mexico. We are excited to be centrally located to all Bethel facilities for tours and its upcoming projects.

The Space
Walkout Suite with private entrance, driveway parking, bathroom, kitchen, and cozy patio.
Guest Access
A designated parking space on our private driveway leads you to the backyard and your keyless entry along a well lit path. Enter through the french doors into a fully stocked kitchenette ready to accommodate four guests. Refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, instant pot, coffee maker, tea kettle, cutting boards and utensils, dishes, and reverse osmosis drinking system are available to you.
Our main living space features bright natural lighting, a memory foam Cal King mattress, a designated workspace, Smart TV, Queen sectional sleeper sofa with upgraded foam mattress, fiber optic internet, plenty of outlets for your devices, hanging and drawer space for clothing, iron and ironing board, and private bathroom.
Interaction with Guests
Our family lives on the upper level of the raised ranch so we will be available to attend to your questions and concerns very easily. My number is listed clearly in the suite so you can contact me as needed. If we are away during your stay, we will provide you with the contact information to our Property Manager.
Other Things to Note
Full payment is due one month prior to check in via electronic payment or check.
Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.
The Neighborhood
The suite is located on the lower level of our home on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. We live in a residential area with horses across the street and crickets, frogs, and fireflies in the backyard.
Getting Around
Located in the Town of Newburgh, north of Orange Lake. Quiet wooded neighborhood close to major highways for quick access. Ten minutes to town for grocery shopping, New York bagels, Pizza, Starbucks, restaurants…etc.
We are ten minutes from Stewart International Airport and fifteen minutes from the Beacon train station. A bus terminal is located fifteen minutes from the house.

Very central when visiting the Bethel complexes. Very calm neighbourhood. The apartment is well organised and equipped, we felt at home right away.

Joined in Aug 2022We, the Richter Family, and our puppy girl, Tesla, are originally from Michigan. We moved to Newburgh via Zacatecas, Mexico to pursue our family goal of being able to support Bethel and its upcoming construction projects.
