The Space
Cozy and peaceful, surrounded by woods and open fields with plenty of walking trails to enjoy. We’ve had pioneers, SKE, and Gilead students stay with us for extended visits while they are in the process of moving to their new assignments.
Guest Access
From the moment you step into the front hall, you’ll feel right at home, with easy access to your own private space. The guest room opens through sliding doors to the backyard, where you can settle into your rocking chairs, unwind, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the fields and woods all around you.
Interaction with Guests
My husband works from home and is always happy to help our friends. Whether it’s lending a hand with luggage or pointing you toward the best nearby walking trails, Chad is the friendliest concierge you’ll find outside of Bethel ☺️

The space invites you to truly slow down, whether that means drifting off for a peaceful afternoon nap or stepping outside for a quiet walk through the surrounding woods and open fields. It’s the kind of place where you can breathe a little deeper and let the day unfold at your own pace.
The Neighborhood
We live on a private road, so there’s very little traffic, making it easy to enjoy a walk at any time of day. The house is tucked into nature, surrounded by woods and open fields. It’s not uncommon to spot our local wildlife, including a pair of foxes, along with hawks, eagles, and owls. And of course, you’ll be greeted by Chewy, our very friendly golden-doodle, who loves making new friends.
