If you're traveling by train from the city, Beacon's train station is very close and Stewart international airport is 15 min away. Please google ‘The Balmville Tree’ to get a better idea of location. Description
The Space
The apartment is in the lower section of our home with its own separate entrance. It consists of a queen bed and a convertible sofa that changes into a full size bed. It has a full bathroom with bathtub and ample sink. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Full size kitchen with apartment size refrigerator, good counter space, k-pod coffee maker, toaster, microwave, ninja blender, pots and cooking utensils. Dishes, silverware, paper towels, coffee and tea are provided along with some basic spices. You have parking space for 2 cars but please indicate in your request how many cars you will be parking to give you special instructions. Pets are not allowed. Also, please keep in mind that you are not able to flush toilet paper down the toilet. There is a waste basket and we leave extra trash bags for this reason. I know some friends have preferred not to stay here due to this reason.

you have the entire apartment with private entrance.
Interaction with Guests
Check-in anytime after 3pm. There is a lockbox so you will be able to check in yourself.
We are available if you need us, but we won't disturb otherwise.
Other Things to Note
Our bnb has sensitive plumbing and NOTHING can be flushed down the toilet, NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER or flushable wipes.

At this time there is no A/C only a ceiling fan in bedroom. We will be installing a mini split in the coming months and will update listing when the job is completed.
The Neighborhood
Very quiet area in Town of Newburgh. You will see a lot of people running and bike riding along our street. Water st. is very close so there are good restaurants near by and there's also a supermarket 3min away.
Getting Around
Car rental is needed here. No public transportation. We can refer you to friends that do airport pickups and provide transportation to Bethel complexes.

Joined in Mar 2020We are Californians living in Newburgh with the hopes to become commuters. We love all the green around us but hate the cold. We have two cats we love immensely and they are brats because of it. We enjoy traveling and learning different ways of doing the same things. We constantly stay in Bnb's and with friends so we are excited to have friends from different parts share our home and hope we can make their stay as comfortable as others have done for us.
