The Space
I am thrilled to offer my cozy guest room to 2 individuals (however, no single brothers, or brothers without their wives, as I live in the home). I am located 25 minutes from Wallkill Bethel, 30 minutes from Newburgh Assembly Hall, 30 minutes from Fishkill, 50 minutes from Warwick & Ramapo facilities. My space is ideal for those touring these facilities or attending an assembly/convention and need a place to land in the evenings. I have extra parking for 2 cars. There is a separate side entrance for guests to use. The private bathroom is right off the bedroom. Towels and linens included. Happy to offer unlimited complimentary coffee and teas. The kitchen is a shared space, and my guests are welcomed to use space in the refrigerator and freezer. Clean up after each use is much appreciated. Guest are welcomed to my utensils, dishes, drinking glasses, etc. microwave, toaster / air fryer also available for use. Light cooking by the guests for dietary needs can be acceptable but only upon request and approval. Due to the newness of the home, I ask that absolutely no outside shoes be allowed in the house, and especially in the guest bedroom.
If you're traveling with more than 2 people, and need extra space that I cannot accommodate, let me know as I can refer you to another listing which is a 3 min drive from my home.

Arrangements will be made to provide you with your own copy of the house key upon your arrival.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quite and remote, yet only 5 minutes from shopping and dining. There are several wineries, breweries, hiking trails, and outdoor activities in within a short drive. I am located 8 minutes from the bus station that can take you into NYC. There is also a train station from Beacon, NY, 30 minutes away, that will take you directly to Grand Central Station in NYC, or a train from Harriman, NY that will take you to Secaucus NJ with connecting rails to NYC.
Getting Around
Uber and taxi service is available in this location to get to and from the bus or train. It is recommended however to have a car to get to local shopping, dining , and outdoor activities
