Welcome to my lovely spacious home! I take the utmost pride when it comes to cleanest and Sanitation before and after my guest. This home is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Each unique style room has a Queen size bed and its own Smart T.V. There's extra towels and linen available. The bathroom has both shower and a deep old fashion tub where you can take long baths.My living room, dining room, and kitchen have an open space setting separated.

A Serene Classic Cozy Clean California Bungalow style home in the heart of LA. Centrally located amongst many attractions such as Exposition Park/USC,Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, So Fi Rams stadium and Crenshaw/Leimert Park. In addition to being in the center of EVERYTHING! This home away from home is a Great Place for short or long stays.

House Rules

Long-Term Stays
●If guest requests to extend their reservation, a thorough walk through will be required.
●Smoking is not permitted inside the property
●Pets are not permitted on or in the property.
●Quiet hours are from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
●Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles.
●4 guest maximum stay
●Damages incurred to the property as a result of guests will be billed to the guest who booked. Fees may vary depending upon the amount necessary to restore or replace the damaged property.
●The host or co-host is not responsible for any damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left in any area of the property prior to, during, or following a stay.
●Late check out after 12:00 p.m. will be charged a full night's day.
●Noise levels must remain at reasonable levels so as not to disturb Guest(s) and Neighbor(s).
●Host/Co-host have the right to terminate their stay to any guest(s)who disturbs or have noise complaints by Guest(s) and Neighbor(s) without refund.
●No guest(s) are allowed to receive and / or send mail at rental property. Guest(s) convicted of mail fraud can be sentenced up to 20 years in federal prison, pay a $250,000 fine, and be required to make full restitution.
●All guest(s) and / or persons in the rental party will be bound by signing a Waiver and Release of Liability.
●If any person in the rental party fails to follow any of the rules, the rental party may be asked to vacate the property, and guest(s) will forfeit all payments
