The beautiful and historic Kenneth Hahn State Recreational Park is only 5 mins away. Downtown LA and Beverly Hills are close by as well. We love hosting families and friends who want to gather in a tranquil and homey environment.

Description
The Space
The home is entered from a courtyard and has a very private backyard that has a pool, hot tub, loggia and outdoor kitchen. The open concept common area inside and t4 bedrooms are on the main level while bedroom # 5 and bathroom are on the upper level along with a large terrace overlooking the pool with a great view of the surrounding cities and a glimpse of the Pacific Ocean in the distance.,

Guests have access to all areas but the garage and office and some closets that are locked.

Ambient music after 10 pm inside and out. No music or loud sounds of any sort after 11:30pm
The Neighborhood
We are located on a cul de sac with all single family homes so plenty of parking with no restrictions.
Getting Around
Ubers are easily accessible as we are very close to the airport. A mall is within walking distance. Supermarkets, , restaurants, and banks are within a 5 minute drive.
