My wife and I are from Massachusetts but we have family in Florida.
When we are not at the home we rent it out as a short term rental.
While we do need to rent it to help pay for the expense we give a discount to family, friends and fellow witnesses.
House is Professionally Managed-Full kitchen with appliances and utensils-Gated community called Formosa Gardens-You can be on Disney property in as little as 5 minutes.
