The Space
This beautiful penthouse condo is located just 8 miles from Disney World property, in the gated Terrace Ridge community. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 with a queen bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to make homemade meals for the family.
Spacious master bedroom with cable TV walk-in closet and private on-suite bath ensures you have the space to be comfortable and relaxed on your vacation. Master bath features shower and separate deep soaking tub for relaxing after a day at the theme parks.
Second bedroom features 2 twin beds. Second bathroom is just off this bedroom in a private hallway and features tub/shower combo.
Private balcony with table and seating for 4 gives you a good view of rocket launches from the Space Coast. Google TV in the living room gives the option of cable and streaming apps such as Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and many more. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet ensures you have access whether your trip is for business or pleasure!
Gulf coast beaches as well as Atlantic coast beaches are just a short drive away. Publix and Aldi are located just up the street on Lake Wilson Rd & Osceola Polk Line Rd. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in this area also.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room and volleyball court. The keycard for access to the amenities as well as gate access is located in the unit when you arrive.
There is free parking on site and it is on a first come, first serve basis. Please be mindful of the handicap parking spaces and do not park there unless you have a designated permit to do so.

The Neighborhood
The closest Kingdom Hall is at 1405 Sullivan Rd, approximately 7 minutes away. There are 3 English and 2 Spanish congregations at that location. Current 2025 meeting times for the Davenport English congregation are Saturday 10:00 am, Thursday 7:00 pm.
Getting Around
Parking in the complex is first come, first served. That means you may have to park in front of another building than the one you are staying in. Usually there is adequate parking within a reasonable distance from the entrance to the building.
There is an elevator in the building just past the staircase. The unit is on the 3rd floor.

Joined in Jul 2021Married for 27 years with 3 grown children, I have the privilege of being a regular pioneer. My husband is serving as an elder. We are in the Davenport English congregation. The beach is our happy place! We love the Caribbean and have visited many of the islands, and hope to visit more!
