House Rules

We expect all guests to follow and live by the Golden Rule. Matthew 7:12

Keep noise to a minimum out of respect for the neighbors.

Parking is limited to your designated parking space. Directly in-front of the apartment with the long driveway. No street or lawn parking allowed per neighborhood ordinance.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No pets of any kind allowed.

Our home like a duplex has connecting walls. There is a shared front porch. Your “peaceful preserve” door will be on the right. Internally like a hotels there is an interior connecting door that is locked on both sides. The usual no smoking, vaping or gatherings or additional overnight guest as this is a family home.

We ask all guest to review and accept house rules.

Use of towels, linens, and all household items is for stay purposes only. Please do not remove items from the home, or we have to charge the replacement costs. Cleaning cost for pets or smoking will be $250. Additional overnighters $50 per night.

Safety: When using the dryer be mindful the door needs to be held open as it will naturally swing closed on its own. Do this to prevent bumping your head as you move items in and out of the dryer.

Safety: The entry screen door needs to held while open as it works on a hydrologic cylinder and can close on you.
