Occupancy Limit: Please maintain the same number of guests as your reservation throughout your stay to ensure safety and comfort.

Pets Policy: Small dogs under 20lbs ans cats are permitted with prior approval (Only brobnb platform). Please disclose your pet before your stay. As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage.

Respectful Conduct: Quite hours are 10pm – 8am. While enjoying your time here, please refrain from hosting parties, playing loud music, or engaging in disruptive behavior that may disturb our neighbors.

Smoking/Vaping Prohibition: Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited indoors.

Left Items: Any items left behind will incur shipping fees for their return. But you must notify us before other guests arrive.

Pool Policy: Swim at your own risk! Homeowner and property manager are not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property including the pool and pool area.
Any request for pool heat will incur an extra fee of $25 a day, for the entire duration of the stay. This request and payment must be made before the check-in day, otherwise the fee will rise to $30 per day.

Beach towel (8): Only available upon request. Since you’ve requested it, it will be provided with an extra fee of $10 for the duration of your stay.

We ask no shoes on the upstairs carpet so we can keep it clean for future guests and children that crawl.
