House Rules

Let’s have fun ! But please some RULES first

Please the names of all guests in the home MUST be listed regardless of age. Please, the only guests allowed to stay at the property are those listed.

The maximum guests allowed to stay are 10 persons . That includes children.

Please, no pets of any kind are allowed on the property at anytime. If Pets appear on the property, we will politely request that you leave.

Please , kindly remove your shoes before walking on carpets.  Please, no open flames in the house. This includes candles.    No smoking/vaping of any kind on total property inside nor outside. Please do not throw butts or packaging on the property. 
Please observe QUIET hours from 10 pm to 7am as it is monitored by the HOA. 
No diving is allowed in the pool.

Please there is an additional $35 per day fee for pool to be heated.
 Swim with a partner, never alone.  The pool is 3 to 5 feet deep. Keep this in mind for adults and children who can not swim. The host will not be responsible for any incidents that occur due to a decision to be in the pool if you do not know how to swim.  CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT IN THE POOL AND POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES  keep the pool screen enclosure in place at for safety.

Supervise young children and those who need additional assistance when in the lanai or outside to prevent them from wandering to the lake area.  Always monitor and supervise those in your group who need additional help.    Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave. The smart lock will lock automatically on the front door when you close it.

Please turn off lights and fans when leaving.  Please do not keep food in the bedrooms nor leave food out. Florida is known for its critters/bugs.

Please place all trash in trash bags and put in trash receptacle by front door. Make sure to keep trash receptacle in front of the house tightly closed. Excess trash should be taken to the main trash area of the resort.  Be careful with soiled hands. This will help to protect the furniture and surfaces.   Do not take furniture or chairs from inside the house to the outside or the pool area.

Note: $200 cleaning fee , $35 per day for pool heating.
