Welcome to our peaceful and spacious lake front pool home! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. There is privacy and plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a fun filled day of exploring or to just enjoy all of the wonderful amenities our home offers.

With 4 bedrooms and the master suite on the first floor and 3.5 bathrooms, our home will comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.

The Space

The comfortable space in this home creates a cozy place for couples, families, or anyone needing to get away! Every morning as you wake up to a fresh cup of coffee or tea, you will enjoy sitting in the natural sunlight that illuminates the entire home. Our cozy living room, spacious kitchen, and intimate dining area on the main level provide an open concept for quality time together. The laundry room, game area, and half bathroom are also on the main level.

You will find three additional sleeping spaces in the game room with a twin to king extendable daybed on top and a twin-sized trundle bed underneath.

The living room sectional can be converted to a queen size sleeping space as well and sleeps 2.

The master suite includes a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and a writing desk. It's private bathroom includes his/her sinks, garden tub, and a refreshing walk-in shower.

The remaining three bedrooms/bathrooms are upstairs and consist of two queen beds, a twin-sized bunk bed with an additional trundle bed beneath, one shared full bathroom, and one common space bathroom.

Stay inside and enjoy hours of fun in the game room with a basketball hoop, board games, pool/air hockey table, and arcade games. Bring a portable grill to enjoy the outdoors. You'll find the private screened-in pool area to be quite relaxing, especially since the views overlook a beautiful lake!

Look for the oversized dart board hanging in the garage and the bag of sports balls. A variety of pool toys will provide hours of day-time and nighttime fun.

PARKING - A total of 4 parking spaces allows convenient access. There are 2 in the driveway, and the garage is available to park in for 2 additional cars.

Other Things to Note

POOL - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. Just ask for it to be heated in your reservation request.

SMOKING/ANIMALS - Due to the critical health issues of the owner who stays at this property between guests, we remind our guests of the following very important house rules:

1. We do not allow smoking/vaping at this property at all.

2. No animals are allowed at this property at all for any reason.

Documentation of disability exemption for support animal stay can be provided.

The Neighborhood

This very serene gated golf community allows our guests access to its tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball areas, playground, and outdoor swimming pool.

Be sure to get pictures of the Great White Egrets strolling through the neighborhood or wading on the banks of the lake. You will love watching the ducks swimming and taking their afternoon baths right behind the house.

The home is located less than 5 minutes from the Florida Turnpike, Silver Spurs Arena, grocery stores, Walmart, and many restaurants.

Kissimmee offers visitors a unique experience and timeless family fun. Within minutes, the Florida Turnpike will take you to all of the favored Central Florida theme parks such as Disney, Universal Studios, water parks, Springs, etc.

The city is even closer to Disney than Orlando, making it the perfect place to stay if you visit these parks. Additional hot spots include Fun Spot America and Old Town USA.

Getting Around

The best way to get around is by automobile or motorcycle.

LYNX, the public transportation system for Central Florida, offers a fleet of local buses with convenient routes and schedules.

Freebee is a convenient way to travel around Downtown Kissimmee at no cost. A Freebee vehicle can transport you from one point to the other, anywhere within Downtown Kissimmee, AdventHealth Kissimmee, and Valencia College.

Guests can also use services such as Uber and Lyft.

House Rules

ENJOY YOUR VACAY STAY! ????

I am so sorry to have to send these reminders, but experience has shown they are necessary.

• Full names of ALL guests in the home MUST be listed and the ages of anyone under the age of 18. We must know who is in the home at all times for emergency purposes and insurance reasons. ONLY guests listed to stay at the property are covered and allowed to stay/visit and enjoy the property.
• NO SHOES ON CARPET. Please remove shoes before walking on the carpet. There is a shoe rack and a basket with shoe covers for your convenience.
• NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING per the HOA. They are at liberty to tow. The host will not be responsible for towing fees.
• NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind on total property inside nor outside. Please smoke in your car. Do not through butts/plastic/wood tips or packing on the ground.
• NO PETS are allowed inside, outside, in the garage, nor on the property at all (including service/emotional support animals).
• NO SERVICE ANIMALS. The owner is medically except from allowing service animals in the home and, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate this request.
• NO EVENTS/PARTIES. This is a vacation rental not to be used as a venue for hosting parties and events. Please respect community QUIET Hours between 11pm and 7am. The HOA monitors for this.
• NO OPEN FLAMES permitted inside the house (including candles)
• GRILLING - Bring your own and it must be done outside of the pool area on the right side, garage side, of the house, at least 6 feet from the house. Do not dump anything in the grass and please clean up behind yourself after grilling.
• SWIM WITH A PARTNER, NEVER ALONE. No diving into the pool at all. The pool is 3 to 5 feet deep. Keep this in mind for adults and children who can not swim. The host will not be responsible for any incidents that occur due to a decision to be in the pool and you do not know how to swim.
• CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT IN THE POOL AND POOL AREA. Lock the pool screen area and back door to prevent anyone from wandering to the lake and pool area unsupervised. Always monitor and supervise those in your group who need additional help.
• OBEY ALL POOL RULES posted in the pool area.
• POOL SCREENS. Do NOT lean on pool screens or throw/lean items against them.
• POOL SOLAR RINGS. Solar rings are in the pool to prevent water evaporation and to heat the pool when the sun is out during the day. These MUST be removed to use the pool and returned when the pool is not in use. This does not guarantee a heated pool.
• PROJECTOR/OUTDOOR SCREEN. The screen should be gently pulled down by an adult and the projector should be protected from any moisture to prevent damage.
• CLOSE AND LOCK WINDOWS/DOORS when you leave. The smart lock will lock automatically on the front door when you close it. Do NOT lock garage door opener button.
• FOOD. Please do NOT keep food in the bedrooms nor leave food out. Florida is known for its critters/bugs. There will be no refunds if you encounter any of them.
• FURNITURE. Please be careful with soiled hands. This will help to protect the furniture and surfaces. Do NOT rearrange the furniture. Do NOT take furniture or chairs from inside the house to the outside or the pool area. Decorative pillows should NOT be slept on and should be stored away to prevent damage.
• TRASH
1. The recycle bin MUST be brought to the curb WEDNESDAY NIGHT. (ONLY RECYCLABLE items should be put into this bin. NON-recyclable items are listed on the bin and should be thrown into the trash.)
2. The trash bin MUST be brought to the curb THURDAY NIGHT.
3. An additional cleaning and garbage disposal fee of $150 may be charged if trash/recycling disposal is NOT completed properly.

If any rules are broken, you may be charged fees for any additional expenses incurred by the host as a result of your failure to adhere to the house rules. ????

My name is Romona and I live in Ocala, Florida where I attend the Marion Oaks Engkish Congregation. I have 3 adult children, all raised in the truth and love Jehovah, and 2 grandchildren. My two daughters are married but my baby (lol) boy is not. I host to supplement my income. I would love to get to know brothers and sisters via this platform. I love to cook and share with friends, although I can not do it as much now. I love cats, a good game of spades, a nice bonfire, and a beautiful sunset. I either fly or travel by car and it is usually to visit family and friends, however, I do love cruises and traveling just to experience a different culture, especially the foods. Seafood is my favorite. My favorite trip so far has been to NY for a shopping trip and a Broadway musical. As a host I feel that cleanliness is critical to a vacation stay. I like to leave a few packaged snacks and water for guests because I know how it is when your just coming in from traveling. I am willing to accommodate in other ways as well. All you have to do is ask. :) I also like to leave important self care amenities to get you started or just in case you forgot something when packing.
