We have three apartment types: One Bedroom for 4 guests, a two bedroom for 8-9 guests and a Studio apartment for 6-7 guests.
The apartments are located in a large, quite house with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Set off the road on 10 beautiful acres surrounded by 3 ponds, tall trees, and seasonal flowers. Our area is perfect to relax and enjoy Jehovah’s creation. We are 5 minutes from the US Branch at Wallkill and close to Warwick, and Patterson.

The Space
The house has 3 apartments, a 1 Bedroom & 1 bathrooms, that sleeps up to 4 guests, a 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom that fit 8-9 guests and a large open concept apartment resembling a log cabin with a large bathroom that sleeps up to 6 to 7 guests. Each Apartment has its private entrance, one parking space, plenty of space to walk or jog. The open concept apartment has its private deck. All apartments have access to a picnic area with a fire pit and BBQ, this area must be reserved ahead of time.
Interaction with Guests
Our family lives on the property, so we will be available to attend to your questions and concerns very easily. Our contact information is included in the guest log.
The Neighborhood
The apartments are in a quiet neighborhood. We are located in a rural residential area with deers, frogs, fireflies, and many other forest animals. Many species of birds can be seen for those friends who enjoy bird watching. The bike and hiker trails offer beautiful scenic views and on nights without clouds the stars are quite visible. Friends will surely be able to enjoy, relax, and meditate on Jehovah’s beautiful creation.

Getting Around
We are also very close to the major Hudson Valley tourist destinations, hiking areas, and are situated right on the Shawangunk Wine Trail.
We are located just 30 minutes away from the towns of Middletown and Newburg. These are large towns where there is a great variety of shopping and eating options. The Pine Bush town is only 5 minutes away where you can shop for all your essentials and various restaurants with a variety of cuisines.
We are also located just 20 minutes away from the town of New Paltz which is arguably best known around the world for its outdoor attractions. New Paltz offers a host of trail options for hikers & bicyclists, with some of the best views of the Hudson Valley. In addition, our area boasts an amazingly diverse range of cuisines, as well as twelve wineries on the Shawangunk Wine Trail that all follow the tradition of fine winemaking established by the early French Huguenot settlers. No matter what your taste, mood, or budget, there’s always something great to eat or drink in the Hudson Valley.

Joined in May 2022Our Names are Cesar and Noemi Rubert, we have been regular pioneers for eight years. We are both retired and moved close to the Wallkill Branch to expand our service to Jehovah and offer ourselves to help in any capacity. Gardening is one of our hobbies and as you walk our properties you will see our rose gardens, a variety of flowers and shrubs with their flowers. We also have apple, peach and cherry trees. We have three children that are in full time service and are raising their families with that goal.
