Clean, comfortable, and modern, our retreat offers the perfect blend of home comforts and nature's tranquility.
Guest Access
Keyless entry. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire main house. Access is private and separate from the downstairs suite where we have long-term tenants
Interaction with Guests
We live only 5 minutes away and are available if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
Other Things to Note
Our long-term tenants are a couple. They live in downstairs, and the vacation rental is the upstairs portion of the house. Each level has its own entrance with separate keycodes. They have shared use of the backyard.
The Neighborhood
The property has neighbors on each side but backs up to a large wooded area. A pretty quiet neighborhood, especially at night. Some neighbors you may enjoy seeing are deer, groundhogs, foxes, and rabbits.
Getting Around
Public transportation is not recommended for our vacation rental. Having a car is really a necessity.

Joined in Sep 2023We are a husband and wife team who moved to New York in early 2020. We have enjoyed traveling to various places over the years. We've decorated our vacation rental with some travel posters from our favorite destinations, of course, none of these can compare to visiting Bethel. Now that we live in New York, we are excited to be able to host others during their visits to the area. Throughout our travels, we’ve stayed in great and not-so-great accommodations, which always seemed to have a direct influence on how enjoyable the trip was. Having a comfortable, clean, and restful space to recuperate was an important part of our vacation experience, and we want to provide you with exactly that. We hope that we will have the opportunity to host you during your visit to New York.
