The Space
Welcome to our historic family home in the heart of Pine Island, established in the early 1900s. The house was renovated in 2022. It is located only 46 miles from NYC. Our three-level home features a porch and a large lot for free parking. We offer a grab-and-go breakfast. The rooms are located on the second floor. Nine steps lead to and second floor.
Guest Access
Guests will receive a unique code to open the front door so they can come and go as they please.
Interaction with Guests
We give our guests space, but we are available in person or via text for any questions. We offer grab-and-go breakfast items.
Other Things to Note
Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to arrival, except fees
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
The BroBnb service fee is non-refundable.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to BroBnb within 24 hours of check-in.
BroBnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
For a full refund, cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Thursday of that week before check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are 100% refunded.

Pine Island is a rural community conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Warwick. Downtown Warwick offers many quaint restaurants and shops, as well as many of the village’s municipal parking lots!

Joined in Nov 2021A little about us. We are both remote workers. One for the computer department and the other for LDC. We love Jehovah and have been dedicated since our early teens. I am a writer by trade and he is a Mechanical Engineer but have always loved entertaining friends and family. We are happy to be a part of such amazingly brotherhood.
