We are huge Disney fans and we like to think it shows in our home. We designed this home for other huge Disney nerds! We paid attention to the smallest detail and made each room a "disney bound" of different rides in the Magic Kingdom. The Space

Enjoy your Orlando area vacation in this Magical vacation home. This spacious, 2 story, 9 bedroom, 7 full bathroom pool home in the wonderful Solterra Resort accommodates 20 guests. Entering your modern vacation home you immediately feel the 12 foot high ceilings, 8 foot tall doors, and the open, light, floor plan design with views of the Great room, Dining room, kitchen area, your private pool and the conservation/nature area.

The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, and a large island with all stainless steel appliances. This is one of the larger homes in Solterra Resort so you will enjoy 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers for all your groups needs. You are all ready to make a delicious meal with a full pot and pan set, toaster, 3 types of coffee maker (Keurig, standard drip and Pour Over), crockpot, rice maker, and of course a mickey waffle maker! All this with views of the Great room, Dining room, Pool area and Breakfast nook.

The Great Room includes a 65 inch TV with roku for all your streaming needs, and a comfy sectional sofa to relax in.

Take a ride on the Space Mountain in our 11 seat movie theater Loft and enjoy the 210" screen and surround sound.

Neverland Suite - Welcome to Neverland - enjoy sleeping in the Darling's bedroom and all they're treasures they have from their visits to Neverland. Downstairs Master with King bed, large walk in closet, flat screen TV with Roku, ceiling fan, & en-suite bathroom. This is the largest suite that also has it own coffee bar and bistro set for you to enjoy your travels to Neverland.

For your our outdoor pleasure a relaxing pool deck/Lanai area that looks over the beautiful, green conservation/nature area with no direct rear neighbors and ample space for your day time or night time activities. The large screened, heated pool has a child protecting security fence for your children safety and your comfort . The outdoor area is complete with a propane Blackstone BBQ grill, pool toys, lounge chairs, outdoor sofa, and dining table for you to enjoy during your stay.

***Pool Heat is available for $30 per day, please let us know if you would like this added on to your reservation****

The Solterra Resort is located within a 20-30 minute drive to the Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios Parks. The surrounding areas like Champions Gate and Reunion offer world class golf courses and there are a variety of amateur courses nearby as well.

The Neighborhood

Solterra is a gated community thats only 20 minutes away from the Disney parks. We love being so close to the parks, but away from the busy areas around them!

The resort has some amazing amenities including a resort pool, lazy river, water slide, pickle ball courts, tennis court, kids play area and a sand volleyball court. I can sit in the lazy river for hours with a cocktail from the resort restaurant!

House Rules

NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled and a $1000 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.
